

FIRST NATIONAL BANK ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS
The First National Bank of Blanchester has announced the promotions of Jim Burton and Erin Whitaker.
Effective Jan. 1, 2012, Jim Burton was promoted to Senior Vice President of Lending. Jim is a native of Blanchester, a graduate of Blanchester High School, and a 1995 graduate of Morehead State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Jim started at the bank in October of 1997. Jim was promoted to Assistant Cashier of Lending in 1999 and then in the fall of 2004 Jim was named the head of the lending department and promoted to Vice President. “I have worked with Jim for 15 years and our friendship dates back even further, I have the utmost confidence in Jim and look forward to many more years with him guiding our loan department” R. Douglas Naylor President & C.E.O. said.
Effective Jan. 1, 2012, Erin Whitaker was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Operations. Erin is a native of Blanchester, a graduate of Blanchester High School, and a 2000 graduate of Shawnee State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree. Erin received her Bank Operations Diploma from the Center for Financial Training in 2008. Erin is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University with a concentration in Applied Management. Erin started at the bank in 2007 as the Assistant Head Teller. She was promoted to the Assistant Cashier of Finance in 2009 and became head of the operations department in January of 2011. “Erin has been a great addition to the bank; she is very capable and has an outstanding work ethic.” Naylor said.
Naylor said “It’s particularly gratifying that this hometown bank is headed up by these hometown folks.”
